Terms of Submissions

NOTE: The Bowser Day website is moderated by a small team of people. Your submission will be reviewed for adherence to the terms below. If your submission is fully approved, it will be confirmed to you via an email and be posted at the Gallery page.

1. Only artworks related to Bowser/the Koopa species (inclusive of his family, minions and kingdom) will be accepted for the gallery.

2. Your submission file should be one of following image formats:
– PNG
– JPG/JPEG
– GIF
(Photos of sculptures, figurines, or cosplays are allowed, as long they stick to the Bowser theme)

3. Your submission must be SFW (see Guidelines section below for more information). Any NSFW submission will be denied. For that, you can access the Bowser Night (18+) mode, accessible via the Home Page.

4. Only submit art that is your own or art that you have commissioned and received permission to submit.

5. Do not submit anything hateful, petty, or spiteful. Any derogatory language, hate speech, or racial slurs are forbidden.

6. All credits are maintained by the original artist and/or commissioner. We do not claim any kind of ownership as the gallery is only for exposition purposes.

Guidelines

Artwork which includes any of the following is prohibited from being displayed on this site:
– excessive gore
– excessive slob/scatological pieces
– apparent non-consensual sex
– sex with persons or characters under the age of 18
– racism or otherwise derogatory content
